Tie trash bags securely and place bagged trash in any of the available gray trash containers. Recycling is mixed. Place mixed recyclables in one of the blue recycle bins.
Central Air Conditioning/Heat Pumps:
There are Mitsubishi air conditioning mini-split heads in both the living room and the bedroom. These units are controlled individually by the remotes mounted on the walls of each room (remotes are labeled on the back so they don’t get mixed up). The two units do operate as one system, so the ‘Mode’ must be set the same on both, or they will both default to the last mode set. The temperature control can be set differently so long as both units are set in the same mode. For example, you can run one unit on Cool Mode with the temperature set at 68℉ and one unit on Cool Mode with the temperature set at 71℉ but you cannot run one unit on Cool Mode and one unit on Heat Mode. The Nest Thermostat in the living room is for the building’s gas heating system and should only be used for heating during the winter months.
